1. Inkspell Videa awards is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant. Submission of any entry (including Online Film & Video entries) acknowledges the right of Inkspell Videa Awards to use it for exhibition, promotion and publication purposes in any medium.
2. The same project cannot be submitted separately by two different entities. However, any project could be submitted as a joint entry by two or more entities in unanimity.
3. Once the form is locked post submission and payment, you cannot make any changes.
4. The verdict of the Evaluation process of the entries shall be final and binding, and the Videa Awards 2024 or its Jury Members shall not be answerable to any person or entity for the judgement.
5. Online and Offline Payment methods
Online method
You can use the payment gateway at the end of each form. Alternatively, mail us the number of entries you are submitting at [email protected] and we shall generate a separate Payment link for you.

6. Refund – Nomination fee once paid will not be refunded.
7. 100% Advance Payment. Payment should be made within 15 days.
8. Interest@18% will be charged on payment made after 15 days.
