Conceptualized cloud-based database as a first step towards big data platform that aimed to integrate various data sources for better measurement (viewership), content feedback and advertiser metrics in addition to reducing data extraction time by 90%. Led the creation of mobile app for bringing all this data graphically to everyone’s fingertip for quick decision making across functions.

At Times Internet, evaluated business plans, recommended cost saving (USD 10 Mn) and value creation measures (Additional revenue ~ USD 5 Mn) that included rejig of Auto (Zigwheels) and shutting down of unprofitable businesses –Email and Shopping. Evaluated multiple potential equity investments. Was a founding member of TLabs, a mentorship based Startup Accelerator by Times Group. Closed funding for 10 startups in Batch 1 & 2.
